Symposium Description

The conference will address emerging challenges and opportunities in network biology and its
relevance to drug development. The primary objective of the Network Biology 2.0 Conference
will be to provide an in-depth review of the current state-of-the art in reverse engineering and
computational approaches for unraveling complex genetic and molecular networks underlying
whole systems disease physiology. There will be a special focus on integrative genomics
approaches that utilize multi-dimensional studies comprised of data from genetic variation to
molecular changes to phenotypic outcomes and the impact of these approaches on drug
development.

Confirmed Symposium Speakers

  • Eric Schadt, SAGE Institute
  • Dana Pe’er, Columbia University
  • Jim Collins, Boston University and The Howard Hughes Medical Institute
  • Aviv Regev, Massachusetts Institute of Technology & The Broad Institute
  • Paul McDonagh, Gene Network Sciences, Inc.
